The gravy train keeps on rolling. 8 projects and counting. None of them have delivered.

Pickle - nada
Root Bay, Root Lake, Wisa Lake, Bold - who knows?
And they want more money to buy another project? Beggars belief. Another distraction created for them to muddle on without actually doing anything.
