Fair argument - but what’s the value / cost of the Medcan acquisition? That is 250,000,000 shares at what value ?

The vendors won’t be taking whatever - surely not?

I will re-read the conditions of the announcement but it cannot be a case of here’s 250,000,000 shares at whatever value happens to come up - surely not?

Umm ... let me think ... maybe in 2 years the shares might be worth 1c
So Medcan happy with that?
Not sure what’s so hard about this?
