Unless you can back your information that a decision was handed down on 18th July it can only be assumed that your findings or information may be false and/or misleading. You haven't named your source(s) (and by saying that I mean providing actual names not just saying you are speaking to locals and landowners as that means nothing, you haven't even provided how these conversations take place ie. phone, email, text, social media etc. ... if you are speaking to locals and landowners how sure can you be that they are giving you the correct information). Again neither of the parties involved which are Axiom and Sumitomo have made an announcement regarding a decision being handed down. And from what I can see, the Courts website hasn't been updated either with results from 18th July which was the decision date you claim (see attached, I have included the results from the Court of Appeal, The High Court and The Magistrates Court please correct me if it would have been heard in another Court).
