Hilcorp is one of the most respected (and largest) private companies in US. Jeff Hildebrand is the multi-billionaire founder.
They were early in EFS and a player in Alaska for a long time. Get a bad rap from time to time for the environmental misconduct.
One thing that does concern me with this package in the low liquids content (28% at P50) of the prospects. OEL is becoming much more gas weighted in its production profile (assuming success of course). Keep that in mind.
