My source in this case is simply the ruling from the high court. Not something someone said or anything that can be misunderstood or misinterpreted but simply the 23 page judgement.
The quarterly released today says that no trial date has been set down and that there have been a number of interlocutory hearings. Of course they failed to mention that all their applications have already been dismissed completely and a full cost order made against them.
I suggest that you ring the company and ask for a copy of the ruling. Perhaps ask them why they haven’t announced anything about it and what the expected costs are that they have been ordered to pay sumitomo.
