Whether there is a CR or not it's not a big issue! Until the company is revenue generating I fully expect capital to be generated somehow!!

The $20m loan facility may well be used to fund operating activities in the ST, however, the main purpose of this should be funding of payment tranches 1 and 2 and DFS....

At some stage a CR is going to be required. My hope is it happens later with the SP significantly higher than present levels, resulting in significantly less dilution.

I also hope that the next CR is not done with a ridiculous discount to sophs.

A rights issue to "loyal holders" could be welcome....
