Ok so we need to confirm what payments would be liable from SFI to EV. There would be a reasonable case to withhold any monies based on EV only withdrawing to obtain control of the resulting collapse and IP, i.e. EV has operated in bad faith.
However it is a good point that EV could pull out and what options would SFI have....
