they were in "advanced discussions" 3 years ago! Board totally incompetent. plenty of good deals around particularly in North America (from personal experIence). These guys are just lining their own pockets at shareholders expense and have for years. There is simply a fear to make a decision because it could be the wrong one and translate into accountability. these guys are a genuine disgrace. ASX or ASIC should have stepped in ages ago - too late now as, if by some fluke these guys do actually pull the trigger on something, existing shareholders will be diluted into oblivion!
