I just read the MIS reply to the article in the AFR.
Very strange that there is no mention of legal action against AFR for neither libel, slander or defamation.

You'd think that publishing something that damaging would attract some sort of legal retaliation, especially in view of what it did to their share price today, albeit temporarily.

If I was on MIS legal team I would be shouting from the highest mountain, threatening to sue them for their last penny... unless a very large obstacle called "TRUTH" was in my way...

I'm still gobsmacked... MIS is only referring to the story as 'rumours and allegations published by certain media outlets'...

Would be nice if we all passed the hat around and bought ASIC some nice new teeth, but I doubt they'd know what to do with them...
