LOL, you're laughable.
They already have a $10m line of credit, for which we don't know the full terms. Which we breached.
And a loan? To repay with what? We are spending more than we are making.
A JV? Will it be on favourable terms? Do we actually own our company anymore, or do the current creditors have a lien over it?
This is the problem, there are no details to the questions we as share holders require (and demand) answers to.
