BRL chart, page-6

5.7m shares traded today, making it the 5th biggest trading day for BRL this year to date, on no news what so ever. Not that that is saying much, regular followers will know BRL's trading volumes are highly unusual in their nature, and just dam low for the nature of the company (1.5b shares on issue as it is, NZ"s largest coal producer, about 100m EBITDA, probably one of NZ's largest companies as well... certainly use to be!)

VWAP of 15.96c - up nearly all the shares were traded at 16 or above, yet finish price is 15.5c... looks bad.

You're probably thinking tomorrow will be another big volume day, but the last time this 'thing' happened (2/7/2018) no news was released, 6.4m shares traded, and the next day was not even 250k shares. 6.4m to 250k... doesn't make sense you say? to have millions of shares traded one day, most of them at a reasonable premium to closing price (and in fact the highest in a month), to only have next to no shares traded the following day (eg couple hundred thousand)?... but I'll let you in on a little secret: BRL's share price in general 'doesn't make sense'! EBITDA upgraded for a 5th time, and the same day the share price falls to equal the lowest point in 6 months (14.0c)... yup, I don't need to explain further! Annual results will be released with huge profits and cash flows, and I reckon shares will hardly be traded and share price may even fall... things are just thaat crazy and detached from 'the fundamentals'.

Bizarre times really.
Hopefully that dam court case sorts out these discrepancies.
