So it appears the apparent/proposed $50m scheme between mates/associates has fallen apart thanks to the ASX looking out for shareholders best interests...??

6 months of suspension later with shareholders funds tied up...we now have a new deal worth approx 1/10 of the original scheme.

Now we find out (in the fine print) via a prospectus that Banks & Galea are having a disagreement over Muchea...along with the rest of the corporate entity shenanigans over ownership. Court proceedings probable.

Now existing shareholders can buy 2000 shares before the 3rd of August...LOL...along with no details on how to pay.

Whats next...?...shareholders find out in the future (if the deal goes ahead) that the supposed glass grade sand at Muchea is construction sand or clean fill at best????

Wouldn't trust these muppets as far as you could throw them...would be lucky to get a job at maccas or bunnings imo.
