I’ve asked for the Share Register and was politely told ‘No’. I’ve asked again, formally now, as the Corporations Act clearly states a shareholder has the right to know who owns shares in the company and how many. I’m only asking out of interest more than anything else. Won’t be able to post here though @Chair-Face.

I’ll be pretty annoyed if there’s a CR around the corner at these depressed SP levels. Would be happy for a sell-off of either the Lithium or Cobalt tenements.
A JV for the Lithium would be my preference so long as the terms and upside for the JV partner are based around the success of exploration through to development. A JV is dilution but if the terms are right it’s only dilution if value has been created which creates a win win situation.
Considering upcoming expenditure requirements something needs to happen. You’d think we’d have some idea as to the plan but we don’t.
My feelings towards spending some time on getting the 5% of votes required to start asking questions are changing. I might just be interested in having a crack at some ‘shareholder activism’, would be a first for me and no doubt would be a pretty interesting process and learning experience. I might have the time if I can gather the other 4% of votes required to get to 5%. I’ve been burnt by a few BoD’s over the years, wouldn’t mind making them accountable, for once.
