We would have needed this new capital raise even if WP had hit our ambitious quarterly forecast.
Ever since our cash balance hit a low of $2.8 million and the half successful (half failed) cap raise, it was obvious additional capital was required.
This is not a decision made overnight, I'm sure this has been in the works for a while.
