I believe this one is likely to come back to around 36 cents. Looking at the market depth, its obvious that Rivkins recommendation is at around 36 cents. His subscribers rarely budge from the levels suggested, and religiously stick to those levels. Just remember BIR, it sat for months at the recommended level.
