There will still be others who bought up and over $3 . Some will capitulate if they haven't yet, and some will realise that $3 was cheap and hold .
Top 20 could conceivably continue to accumulate from the capitulators .
Some day soon I suspect there will be another major run related to a new announcement or insto rerating . With such a large resource and so few shares the sky is the limit . $160 million market cap is very very cheap, so obviously many are stll looking at the shareprice and not the bigger picture .
If the US cuts interest rates next week, I suspect BRM will also feel the benefits .
