.. and look at the situation re the 3 versus the 5- a member of the public can access the video as easily as you or I and be told that Marion has 5 wells in production whereas a shareholder who isnt even aware that there is a website in operation with a video on it that contains the "5" figure in it, could still think that the 3 figure is "it" if he/she doesnt know that Marion dont feel an obligation to tell shareholders FIRST. The only acceptable standard for reporting is "continuous , full (warts and all" reporting to stakeholders via ASX.
