Just to recap the questions we have so far, here's what's on the list. I deleted some duplicates, consolidated and shortened others.

    - Are you still confident the company will become cash flow positive in 2019?
    - How long before Ingram Micro gets up and running?
    - Why are there so few case studies available?
    - How long do you envisage the backlog of orders to be cleared?
    - Do you think any/all of the funds that bought in at the cap raise back at 20c remain holders?
    - Where the Thor 50k sales? where is the promise sales? where is Parse income flow? where is OHM increase?
    - Why a decrease in news flow this past quarter?
    - Dave said they have a MEGA deal for 20m, but after many quarter, 20m cash is still 20m cash, but where is MEGA deal?
    - Does the company stand by its previous guidance that it expects to become cash flow positive in 2019?
    - Regarding the delays mentioned in the commentary (ingram, digicel), is such news material, and should the market have been informed earlier?
    - Since the ASX queries, there has been a noticeable lack of news and updates. Has this been a coincidence or was there a change in the communication strategy? Are they any plans adjust the communication strategy going forward?
    - Given our business is in the early stages and our our circumstances are changing rapidly I want more frequent updates than a quarterly - how can the investor relationship team facilitate this?
    - Understanding that we need to safeguard competitor sensitive information whilst also meeting investor requests for increased updates- what will David personally do differently from now?
    - What was the material impact due to delays in software release in previous qtr? It was said "it meaningfully reduced the number of units installed in qtr". Investors would appreciate if this number was shared. Apart from the commentary, it was not knowing what this material impact is, is the reason for current demise in my view.
    - While Cloud business is not a major play compared to OHM potential, why we haven't been able to replicate Thor success with other major players? Do we have a clear strategy around this? I know it has been said we will sign up cloud customers only aligned with smart city play but even that's not been fully materialized out side Thor deal.
    - How much revenue was from Ohm in the June quarter? Will you start giving the Monthly Recurring Revenue and/or Annual Recurring Revenue for Ohm in the quarterly reports.'
    - given your repeated bullishness on sales targets, new clients and increasing revenue in recent quarterly statements and tweets directed at your shareholders, why did you not know the significantly low income for Q4 would occur, and if not, why did you not so inform BUD shareholders?
    - when will BUD be cash flow positive?
    - How much of revenue was obtained in latest quarter report was obtained from THOR
    - The entire Quarterly hinges on EITHER: 1) the poor sales of Ohm is caused by problems and delays with distributers / software update, OR: 2) market demand for Ohm is not there - ie not many companies want it. I want an detailed update on the demand issue - all the bullishness, mega-talk, $70 million etc relies on demand - after over a year of Ohm conversations with the market where is the demand? quantify it!
    - Previous guidance has been given stating $69M over 3 years. The latest revenue numbers would lead one to believe that the company is behind on meeting that target. Is that the case?
    - Can DM please explain how many ohms are out with clients that are not collecting revenue verus the number that are out collecting revenue. Both the number of ohms and then number of clients. Were any ohms any the past 2 months installed that are not collecting revenue?
    - What has the conversion of trials been so far? Ie how many clients have in the past trialled Ohm and said no that is not for us...
    - Is Buddy ohm too good? That is, is it still required after fixing a building's energy wastage?
    - Were are the 3000 units that were ordered are they gathering dust or are they being deployed?
    - What’s happening with Nestle?
    - What’s happening with Comcast?
    - What happening with Doncaster Council?
    - Why aren’t you selling to energy retailers?
    - Why were direct sales halted in Australia during Telstra negotiations? Why was the market not informed of this at the time?
    - what precisely was the 'derisking' BUD undertook in setting its sales forecasts with each of the distribution partners? What are the specific insurances that each partner will meet its targets - if any?
    - how many paying Ohm's are installed?
    - Regarding the accounts receivable: If Buddy has, as it should have in contractual negotiations, had these clients agree and sign up to payment terms, are the clients involved in breech of their contracts and what is Buddy doing about that?
    - Has there been direct sales in Australia? Why is this market not ahead of the rest?
    - At that time (Telstra negotiations) there was already 1000 full systems and you were ordering more - yet there would appear to be less than 100 revenue generating Ohm systems. While inventory is required - given the massive gap between paying installs and ordered units why wasnt it disclosed the majority of the units to date were not revenue generating.
    - Why/How issue targets for an untied/unproven product?
    - Do you feel that the recent drop in share price and high volume is a result of the quarterly numbers or does it reflect a loss of trust?
