I hear you but clearly there was tussle and disalignment of vision/strategy between management and Investec and also investec had plans to invest for growth elsewhere this they made right decision they needn’t wait for divvy as when you decide to exit you just press button as otherwise after current divvy if mn price goes $10 then they think of waiting one more half for divvy etc so it doesn’t work that way.

Secondly there wasn’t enough volume to get rid of $89mn stake at market so they made correct decision on bulk stake sale.

The best part is there are plenty of buyers at 0.345-0.35 today including me around ~300mn stock gobbled up....

This will clear the 0.40 wall once SP start stability tomorrow.
