This reminds me of the month or so after the Noveda deal was killed. Stock price dropped to a low of around 5.5 and everyone thought the ride was over. "He promised us the deal" people said. Turns out they had a backup plan which turned out to be the better plan anyway. Those that bought during the panic selling made some good coin if they sold a bit on run up to 40c.
Same thing is happening now. People are frustrated with the progress (although I still don't get how +50% is not good enough), so they are duping. Those that have some patience and forward thinking will be the winners here.
