Is this trading on the Berlin exchange or on a derivative market.? Has THR asked , or have they deliberately listed on this exchange with all its particular governance requirements. Sometimes a company can be traded on a derivative German market even though they havent specifically asked to be. All that is required is a sponsoring broker in that exchange. It is then that brokers responsibility to ensure that exchange is informed ,not the companys.
I am interested if the price of the stock in such an exchange has any relevance to the ASX price. my read of it , is that it hasnt.
