re: micro cap turning into 50m plus midcap common sense would dictate that you'd do it before next yrs agm
my gut feeling is it'll all come out prior to 4/04 so that there is a smooth transitional affect,the mkts are kept fully informed under continous disclosure and main business not disrupted and this will also help keep stakeholders happy
