Marampa was signed sealed and delivering until Timis defaulted. He also took off with USD$65m that Gerald Metals had paid him for 75%. You would question their due diligence. It was quite a while until CFE actually knew what was going on there and subsequently Court action was taken.

The most important piece overlooked, is that the second dividend had to be cancelled. This meant the 'Tall Poppy' gave up a dividend payment to himself of $850k or so.

Is that a whim, thoughtless, selfish or maybe someone acting toward advancing the Company?

Punters have never put directly into the Company, only bought or sold shares. An unblemished record as CFE has morphed along over the past 15 years. There wouldn't be a Company on any of the German Exchanges with that record?

Some allegedly hold a few and obviously, have allegedly been paid a dividend or a Capital Return but will rarely declare that. However, plenty will lament missing the second dividend and that have been pretty much off the whining list since the Germans have started reading here?
