Who will the buyers be for a company 80% owned by 2 holders, the anonymous Indian billionaire, BHP, Rio, the Chinese, FMG, all have been predicted by others none have turned up if not 3 weeks ago then not now . 4.2c is a floor on price until the offer ends then there is no floor it will be a market price again.
