It was the big story years ago.......Pat Hills tipped off some....." relatives''....to
buy farms near the hills district in Sydney.
They did and soon it was rezoned to residential and unit sites zoning.
One alleged buyer was an In Law.
Easily hidden with 3rd party dummies doing the buy.
Millions were made deposits on land including farms.
Greenbelt Pat had his name in the roll of dishonesty for years.
Local government is in on it....but the really big stuff
is in the hands of Ministers.
It goes on.....I was living near Gosford years ago when
some one in the council tried to take over a beach front
Caravan Park by rezoning it .
Council was sacked......can remember if any went to jail.....but
we had an administrator for years afterwards
