With 576 million shares being released from escrow and only approx. 8 mill being traded today, I wouldn't call this a dump.
My guess would be the majority of this turnover has not come from the escrowed shares released today, but existing traders who want to capitalize on any negative sentiment this escrow release brings to the current SP. I wouldn't be surprised if this drops to 4 cents by tonight, but that will be the bottom.
