i used to work for the company that has been bought on terms by cos. im am still good friends with a number of people that work there. cos stated a labour shortage as 1 reason for their losses. the other comany has no such issues and is taking over the operations of cos's blow in insulation and labour shortages arn't an issue. i know they wanted to expand nationwide but if cos allows that to happen or not i dont know
