Could just be a suckers rally. A weekly close above 3.65 may offer a rally of sorts . They report 1H18 on the Wed 8 Aug. Bellpotter/ citi have a sell recommendation.
AMP are defending the class actions. I believe they have not provided any provisions for the outcome as they have insurance and if thats not enough will sue the advisors who did not provide the advice , the advisors have their own insurance. Will all this insurance cover these class actions ??. What sort of claim are AMP looking at if they lose. I think they will try and settle but find no takers. Its off to the courts imo.
