I'd certainly be buying at 50c. That would give a MC about 100mil for resource of 120-180 million barrels in place with likely recovery of 15-40 million barrels at very high oil prices - works out about $2-5 per barrel of reserve.

Once INP prove they can get this out at commercial rates there will be little to hold this back from going up to between $2.00 (minimal case with no upgrade of reservoir, 10-15% recovery of OIP and poor but commercial flow rates) to $15.00 (upgrade to 350m barrels OIP and 30% recovery at good rates) - see a previous post of mine for a more detailed breakdown of these estimates.
