its simple all spec shares are just that specs, they get pumped and dumped.
u get in early enough u make money. u stay in for too long u loose money.
ride the waves simple. (forget the warren buffet bullshit sayings.)
very very few company's make it beyond there spec status, and the ones that do is mostly due to great management with a good product. not great product with average management.
sas have spent plenty of cash in the last year doing roadshows and the like. to achieve very little.
they had an mc of $300 mill plus and instead of taking the opportunity to fund the pearls they fluffed around and went to market at 12c..
now they are at 6c with a cash burn per quarter of over 3mill and it may get worse for the share price.
then what? issue billions of shares to fund the pearls. they could have issued 250 mill shares at 20c for 50 mill that would have taken care of the first 50 pearls.
so why didnt they, why couldnt they find and investor, geez they certainly got the message out. didnt know one believe them, or was it that they didnt trust them, or was it management that wernt willing to let go of part of the company.
in truth i dont give a shit anymore nor will ever again, spent way too many years on the market just to be disappointed by dozens of management just like sky and space global.
its lead me to believe all specks are inherently crap, and all they are is hyped up pump and dumps that go thru cycles.
sell a good story talk a lot of shit live a life of luxury with the huge wages for as long as u can get away with it.
i thought these guys were different but maybe i was wrong it was evident with the in house placement at 12c. that maybe i was.
this will get pumped again and when it does some of u need to take advantage of it and dont believe the long term hype shit unless shown otherwise.
