Reading that article is giving me the shivers. According to some in the US the default rate could be 1 in 500. Doesn't sound that bad actually. I wonder what our ratio will end up being after more rate rises by the RBA. We run the risk our housing crisis and banks will be in more trouble than in the US. Sounds weird but could be true, thanks the dum RBA who keep looking at the rear view mirror.
