I appreciate it isn't aimed at Me, but just because "you can afford to walk away from it" doesn't mean you should have to walk away from it Russ.

And you especially shouldn't have to walk away from the money, and in fact, you should see a capital gain in your money if the directors of the company give you information that is both accurate and timely - as is their obligation as an officer in a public listed company.

If I (or anyone else here) wanted to walk away from their money, I'd dare say we would have donated it to charity.

Also, long timers know you made a bucket load of money on the climb from 2c to 18c ($1.80 equivalent).

Not that it is anyone's business, but seeing as you didn't start out with whatever your capital gain was, I can assume you could have just let it ride all the way back down to where we are at 1.35c in the old money.

But you didn't did you? It's the same principle, but just in reverse. Just because you can walk away from it (you didn't have that money in the first place), doesn't mean you shouldn't be active in your investments.

Also, anyone can make money in a rising market, especially when 9 bags are on offer. Keeping your money in a falling market is the hard part.
