Regardless, they are still under their IPO price after 2.5 years, having performed a major pivot, and have done hardly any revenue relative to what has been spent in those 2 years.

And they've suffered:
- multiple setbacks
- failed acquisitions and deals
- inaccurate statements and announcements which turned out to be hyperbole
