Bad luck, more likely due to POE prenting on their Canadian heavy oil sands, in London on Monday.
I can only assume that some time soon the increasing production and continuing drilling successes will wake the market. Perhaps the reserves statement for 31 Dec, due about now. Meanwhile market listened to the great clanging empty pot - wall street.
