I think tomorrow morning, 9.30am in usual CVN fashion. I think they want the SP to run based on Dorado news, and then let PS-3 news have a cumulative effect. Waiting until Wednesday to release the news on Dorado may mean one or two days less trading before PS-3 is anticipated.
That being said, PS-3 has been slow going, so we may have another week or two before we hear back from that well. I'd rather see the Dorado news and let the market take a position on that, before we see PS-3 news. Of course, I could be 100% wrong and happy to be wrong as long as the trend is upward.
