Of course a better solution would be to have a company representative answer the questions directly on the thread, or to have CVI set up a question/answer section on their web site, as it 'levels the playing field'.
However this may not be achievable.
MS is an asset to CVI, and we are all very lucky that CVI choose to be so open with communications and news flow, even if this ends up confusing us mug punters.
