@nhus5000 if Gina gets 90% or more by 17/8 then they will move to acquire the rest via a compulsory acquisition. Your shares will be taken away and you will be paid the same price as if you had accepted. That is 4.2c, but you will not get it as quickly as it all goes through a Court process.
Given Twiggy is sitting on 11% as of today, they can't get to 90% unless he folds.
