It is a nothing event: it has no bearing whatsoever on the future of Axiom, which can be exceptionally good or bad. However, if it turns out to be bad, it would have nothing to do with this non-material case. Axiom probably used the case to strategically stop SMMS from continual disinformation. Also, the Attorney General was listed three times representing different entities, as the co-defendant of Axiom. This may push AG further to Axiom’s side.
In fact, RM and co. had already won the David vs Goliath battle - they single-handedly forced SMMS out of the country!!!
