Been away Roddy66 so here is my reply.

Yes this is a kind of Clayton’s takeover. The kind where there is no ‘we’ in the sense of what most people understand as being a real and direct shareholder in a public company. And the real dilution will I thinkbe closer to 50% ownership by the time this Snowflake is up and running. And not the undiluted 77% NVA have quoted.

Over the last few trading days NVA Shareholders have finally woken up that the marvellous management (if allowed to transfer ownership in this way) could do exactly the same to the other off shore NVA company assets. Oh sure I can hear management saying trust us, we know what we are doing. Yeah well I think the market has responded rather definitely via the plunge in the share price as to that paternal form of company making nonsense.

I don’t want a company representative acting as my inta alta broker of a company’s assets. Especially a company I bought on the basis of having a defined share in (both in quantum and legal standing) as a % of its ownership. so I’ll be voting against the interests of these clever directors and supporting the interests of my own holding thank you very much!

Oh and to those that still think the transfer without payment of a company asset to a foreign company is a good idea then why not offer all your shares to NVA directors to look after? It might even save a bit paper work and money as divesting your legal interest in NVA voting rights will make it a lot simpler for those with such blind faith in this lot of marvellous directors to decide without the bother of involving shareholders!
Who’s going first into this great idea of unfettered control by directors?
