Shame I didn't get a chance to look at the market today until close - 2.5c. Wow. Thought those days were past.
Had to reconcile my thoughts that I'm comfortable with my position when prices are at this level vs the desire to have another punt.
However, low low volumes - too low to indicate any sell off.
Looks like a trader selling into thin buy side to create a buying opportunity. Only 10k of trades is peanuts. Volumes have been thin post july. There's a sneaky trader (you know who you are) who routinely adds a decent amount of volume into the ask side pre-open then withdraws it around close - they've been caught out a few times, but again, at 800k volume, this is peanuts - not enough to make a living off, but some easy cream to skim.
Nevertheless, the punters wake up tomorrow with a fresh start tomorrow will be seeing the following
SP of 2.6c
12 fully funded exploration projects with a global top 30 miner
EV sitting at 8.6Mn
That's about 700k per exploration opportunity.
Very low likelihood of capital raising unless for special purpose if/when paydirt is hit - S32 will fund the rest up to that point. Will be more than happy to contribute if there's a Tier 1 find loaded.
Forget the comments I made about the last quarterly - surely that's enough to go wow, this is worth a speculative punt. Or at least do your research; but be prepared to lose it all - this is a speculative stock.
@rollacosta - comment re: outer halo is a bit like this. When you go to a new beach location, you expect that there will be water, waves, sand, rocks, creatures in rock pools etc. Halo is a bit like when you start walking down the sand, you expect there to be debris, shells, seaweed at the shoreline washed up from the tide - doesn't always happen though.
