Personally I reckon wait until the details of this CR come out for one of two reasons:
- maybe they end up getting new funds at 30c per share and perhaps we can forgive them for their sins
- more likely this is more bad news and will therefore be more reason to submit a stronger complaint
Either way these are crappy days for long suffering shareholders and managment should never have allowed it to come to this.
