Don't think there is any great mystery here , its a JV statement and Im sure will be released by CNE at some stage, their shareholders will be as keen as ours to receive it....
I think people seem to forget CNE have shareholders just like FAR , they will have a better understanding of the processes and timeframes involved I suspect..
It's always more difficult for a junior partner in a JV ,with the JV project as their only commercial asset...it's why Management try to put as much as possible out yet not step our side the JV requirements, in the end the JV call the shots like it or not...the project just continues on behind the scenes as one would expect with first oil due 2021-23 and will do so regardless of PE..
