It's good they've sold the building for a decent price, but I'm not too happy with the capital raising.
Yes, I'm sure from a bigger perspective it's probably good for the company, but at 10c it totally discounts previously acquired holdings from the past year. I'll participate, but NOT HAPPY JAN!
It also means the SP goes nowhere until it's over.
However, it does open the door again for BYI ... I wonder if this helps to part-fund the purchase (or part-purchase) of it. Possibly the reason Prime is underwriting the lot and going for their own extra bit on the side?
