Heres just a thought about reducing the theft.

From my calculations the security guards will be on approx AUD$400/month. Offer them AUD$50 for every person they catch that; is attempting to steal gold or caught in a place where they should not be without an excuse. Give it about 1 month and you will see that everyone will toe the line and the security guards will have to look harder to get their bonus. The gold found is suppose to be our return on investment.
