@Eweezy there is no sales ramp. Sales are basically flat and we still have not heard a peep from Frank on what is the problem and what he going to do about.
Costs can't come down that much more given the cost of maintaining a sales presence across the USA - this is expensive by nature.
I am not saying that AXP is a basket case, but they have not presented a single piece of evidence that they are not.
