Where? It's still worth 3 times as much as 2016, and the same as this time last year. Thanks for posting the graph. We've just lopped that unsustainable spike off that happened this year. There's enough supply to keep up with demand.
The factories are still being built and demand won't peak for a while so it will likely head back up soon. Futures traders and those with stockpiles and mines will try to push it up past this recent high no doubt, while consumers, like Musk, will attempt to keep it low, as he was attempting with the brain implosion.
When demand outstrips supply it's only logical way is up. That's coming.
