Just to clarify, notes are repayable at maturity, i.e. bullet.
Early redemption applies but only 12months from drawdown of Tranche 2, i.e. no earlier than 6th Oct 2018. Make whole applies to early redemption. Redemption post the 12m must be done in chunks no less than $25m. I.e. they can't start repaying when and how they like. No commercial bank will refi this until they demonstrate production and most likely nameplate runrate or close to (6 months min).
If management focus is on refi, at this stage, that in itself is alarming. Focus needs to be on production and shipment. Finance talk should be limited for the time beint on potential prepayments or other structured trade products which might be more palatable for banks than a vanilla cash facility.
