So david deitz has accepted zfx offer with most of his shares.
does this indicate that there will be no extension?


Question
once zfx makes the offer final.....and they dont get 90% can they continue to buy on market anything at or below their offer price?

because in this current market without the big order there the market may well pull back below the $1.10 price.
