This is cheap...
I loaded up in spite of the rise today...they could be looking at anything from 15bcf-1tcf according to pre-drill prognosis.
A 60m gas colum suggests hundreds of bcf mot tens.
Cash at hand attractive...and ease of placing this on the pileine grid (just 3km away), makes early cashflow likely.
When details are sorted...and released...the market will factor in TODAY the potential income stream in 6-12 months from now.
