    incidentally BB Public Trustee started that action against MFS on 11 March and it was heard in the court on 14 March they only chose to reveal it tonight - 17 March.

    This is a typical 'frozen rabbit' response when the headlights shine on them in the night.

    The current board really are doing their best but are seriously out of their depth. Remember Craig white was put there by King.
